The case and movement is guaranteed for breakage under normal abuse for 2 years. Secondary or consequential damage is not covered. Post warranty the ETA 2824-2 movement is serviceable worldwide at any reputable watch service center or can be returned to us for service.

If you purchased your watch directly from Berkbinder & Brown there is nothing you need to do to activate your warranty. If you purchased it from one of our fine retailers just drop an email to us at info@berkbinderandbrown.com with the CASE NUMBER OF THE WATCH, THE DATE OF PURCHASE and WHERE YOU PURCHASED THE WATCH along with your Name and Contact Information including mailing address.
