This 4 x 8 cloth is impregnated with a compound to remove surface oxidation on bronze, stainless steel or titanium. On bronze this allows the case to patina but by removing the surface oxidation the metal retains the warm luster. With some extra effort the case may be polished back to the factory finish. On stainless steel and titanium this removes dirt and surface oil.
